This bush is blooming next to my driveway, and when I get into the car
to leave it is right there on my left. Sometimes the way the colors
change from bud to blast are so surprising - so utterly delightful -
that I can't go anywhere for a while. It feels like I'm already there.
I sit and look at them.
I remember placing my order for that moment. I said "I want a yard
that has delightful views from every window". I didn't know that the
universe would include my car window!
